Lease & use
These terms cover EV lease, daily token, deposit, KYC, and acceptable use for GARUDA rides, delivery, and logistics work. By registering and taking a vehicle you agree that the scooter remains GARUDA property for the lease period.
Daily token
The daily token is payable for each day the EV is assigned to you. Unpaid token may pause the vehicle until cleared. Hub-run city offers, if any, are confirmed in writing.
Deposit & damage
A refundable security deposit is collected at pickup. Damage beyond fair wear is billed after hub inspection. Hub staff may pause a vehicle for unpaid token or unsafe riding.
Controlling document
This page is a rider summary. The signed lease at pickup is controlling if there is any conflict.
